This 3D printing filament extruder machine is designed for extrusion of 3D printing materials ABS, PLA, PET-G, PEEK, PE, and for production of filaments of different diameters 1.75-3mm.
This filament extruder machine is equipped with a compensator with a capacity of up to 350 meters/min., that allows the spool of 1 - 2kg to be replaced without interruption of operation.
The extrusion line is controlled by Siemens PLC panel with automatic operation and is equipped with a laser diameter measurement of filament, which automatically regulates the filament diameter within the required tolerances.
