Producing pipe diameter range: Φ75mm-Φ160mm. And the line can be equipped with comptroller thickening instrument, laser printer, crusher, shredder, pulverizer ,water chiller, air compressor etc. . Advanced design of screws and barrel provides powerful safeguard for the PVC plasticization.

Process Flow: Screw Loader for Mixer→ Mixer unit→ Screw Loader for Extruder→ Conical Twin Screw Extruder → Mould → Vacuum Calibration Tank → Haul-off → Saw Cutter → Belling machine→ Final Product Inspecting &Packing
