This 3D printing filament extruder machine is designed for extrusion of 3D printing materials ABS, PLA, PET-G, PEEK, PE, and for production of filaments with different diameters from 1.75-3mm.
The extrusion line is controlled by Siemens PLC panel with automatic operation and is equipped with a laser diameter measurement of filament, which automatically regulates the filament diameter within the required tolerances.

ABS filament process temperature is 230-260° C,melting point is 230° C PLA 3D printer filament is 210-235°C, melting point is 200° C. PVA temperature for printer is 180°C-200°C.Melting point is 200°C.
PA Nylon temperature for printer is 220°C-250°C.Melting point is 260°C PC temperature for printer is 230°C-250°CMelting point is 260°C. HIPS filaments temperature for printer is 160°C-220°C,Melting point is 230°C.
