Plastic PVC pulverizer adopts rotor blade design to pulverize waste PVC UPVC CPVC material into power for further usage. For extrusion product making factory, there will lots of waste PVC product during production, to reuse the waste, the customer can use crusher machine to crush waste into small particles, after that, customer can use our MF series high efficient pulverizer machine to further reduce the size of particles into powder, Our pulverizer machine can be widely used for recycling waste PVC ceiling panel, PVC wall panel, PVC profiles, PVC pipes, PVC Corner Bead, PVC residue and so on.
 
About our MF series PVC pulverizer:

1. For the motor, we use Siemens Beide brand for standard to guarantee the quality.
2. The rotation blades and fixed blades can be used for milling around 300T material before changing.
3. There are totally three water cooling system on the machine, one is for the bearing, one is for the milling room, the left one is for the pipe.
4. Our machine design has two mouth for filling lubrication oil, one for filling the oil inside the bearing, one for filling outside the bearing, by thus, we can make sure the bearing’s long time usage without problem. We suggest the customer add oil every 24 hours usage, just add little amount oil will be ok.
5. For the rotation blade seat and blades, we adopt new design, our blades are buckled into the blade seat, as the following picture, so after long time usage, the customer just need to take the old blades out and put the new set in, there is no need to change the blade seat, which can save customer cost.
