This series Plastic Pulverizer is a perfect machine for processing and grinding thermoplastics material, such as PVC, PP, PE, EVA, ABS.etc. The material to be pulverized is introduced through the ventre of a vertically fixed grinding disc which is mounted concertrically with an identical high speed rotating disc. Centrifugal force carries the material through the grinding area and the resulting powder is collected with a blower and cyclone system.

Characteristics:
1. With water cycle and wind cooling, the machine can be applied into processing heat sensitive material.
2. Both the board and the cutting blade are made of abrasion-resistant steel, with excellent performance after heat treatment.
3. The new disc design is with high quality, strong resistance and the life of this grinding disc is double the ordinary ones.
4. Easy installation and maintenance just open the door to clean-up.

About our NP PE LLDPE pulverizer:

1. For the motor, we use Siemens Beide brand as standard to guarantee the quality.

2. The milling blades material are SKD-11, which can improve the service life.

3. There are totally three water cooling system on the machine, one is for the bearing, one is for the milling room, the left one is for the pipe.

4. Our machine design has two mouth for filling lubrication oil, one for filling the oil inside the bearing, one for filling outside the bearing, by thus, we can make sure the bearing’s long time usage without problem. We suggest the customer add oil every 24 hours usage, just add little amount oil will be ok.

The machine is our latest self-developed grinding mill, the features are as follows:

1. Compared with similar millers, its output is greatly improved (increased by 50%-80%) under the same power. It is energy-saving.

2. The discharging of the main fan reduces labour intensity of operating workers.

3. The door cover of the host can be opened for convenience of maintenance and replacement of cutters.

4. Wind and water cooling system are adopted to decrease the working temperature inside the machine body, so the grinded material uneasy for denaturalization and also conducive to grind heat sensitivity plastics. For example the part of PE and ABS can be grinded by this machine.
