1 For the motor, we use Siemens Beide brand as standard to guarantee the quality.
2 The milling blades material are SKD-11, which can improve the service life.
3 There are totally three water cooling system on the machine, one is for the bearing, one is for the milling room, the left one is for the pipe.
4 Our machine design has two mouth for filling lubrication oil, one for filling the oil inside the bearing, one for filling outside the bearing, by thus, we can make sure the bearing’s long time usage without problem. We suggest the customer add oil every 24 hours usage, just add little amount oil will be ok.
Application:
Suitable material includes HDPE LDPE LLDPE PVC PE PET pellet or flakes whose size is not surpass than 12mm ,soft PVC ,HARD pvc and so on.
Final powder mesh size in genneral is between 20~80 mesh.
The powder mesh size is adjustbale.
